Privacy
Short version: the calculator runs entirely in your browser, we don't use tracking cookies or ads, and the only personal information we collect is what you choose to send through the sessions form.

The calculator
Everything you type into the offer calculator (pay, equity, quota, company) stays in your browser. It is not sent to us or stored anywhere.
The 1:1 Sessions waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we receive your email address, the session you chose, and anything you write about your situation. The form is processed by Formspree, which delivers it to us by email. We use it only to contact you about a session. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to any other list.
To have your waitlist details deleted, send a request through the sessions form and write "delete my data" in the message.
Hosting and analytics
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and block abuse. If we measure traffic, we use Cloudflare's privacy-focused analytics, which don't use cookies or track you across sites.
Cookies
We don't set tracking or advertising cookies.
Links to other sites
Links to Instagram, data sources and other sites are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
